Project Management

Project management ensures that a project is successfully delivered. This is achieved by planning, delegating, monitoring, and maintaining control of all aspects of a project as well as by keeping the people involved motivated.

Classic method

The classic method (e.g. waterfall method) works well in environments where the requirements are known upfront, and where definition of the work is more important than the speed of delivery.

Hybrid method

In the hybrid method, a suitable selection of classic and agile project management methods is used in complementary combination.

Agile methode

The agile method works best where requirements are uncertain and likely to evolve rapidly over time, and where speed of delivery is often prioritized over the definition of precise requirements.

Personal contribution

In my projects over the past years I have developed into a generalist in agile and classic project management with profound methodological competence. I approach relevant topics in a focused and analytical manner, I stay on-track and do not lose sight of the goal, even in the depths of my expertise. I keep an eye on the big picture and think in context to get the most out of each project. Pragmatism keeps me calm even in difficult situations and allows me to perform at my best under stress and pressure. In my projects I proceed in a structured way and like to take the initiative with the goal of getting the system moving from the inside out. I enjoy combining my intercultural teams, which are spread all over the world, with contagious enthusiasm, giving impulses and leading.
