I am passionate about looking behind the scenes, structuring situations and projects, putting topics in a meaningful order and developing measures that support change. I am known for my staying power, even when things don’t go as planned. I follow the red thread with clarity and am only satisfied when I can see results. I prefer to focus on empowering clients to make the most of their strengths and resources.


  • Initiation, conception and implementation of a target group-specific change management concept for preparation and active involvement of all stakeholders in the upcoming change processes

  • Identification and analysis of internal and external (inter-) national stakeholders

  • Conception, creation and implementation of an intercultural communication concept including storyline and schedule for all stakeholders

  • Organization and coordination of measures for the qualification and information of stakeholders including the steering committee

  • Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills

  • Selection and use of marketing tools and communication channels

  • Planning of future marketing and distribution channels
