I am specialized in Senior Project Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Cooperation Management. For stakeholders, I am the hub, whether on site or remotely. We design changes as partners. Holistic approaches are closely linked to everyday reality.

As a freelancer and managing partner, I create a time- and location-independent life in order to be able to freely design it. I love to discover the world, whether near or far. I boldly leave my comfort zone, go openly and with curiosity to people of all cultures, exchange ideas with them and learn from their perspectives and experiences. With more than 15 years of professional experience at regional, medium-sized companies and international groups, I am a real lateral thinker. In the context of projects of various types and sizes, I cover roles as Project, Change, Stakeholder and Cooperation manager comprehensively. I manage various (strategic) projects across all project phases and cover business, IT and application infrastructure topics here.

After completing my training as a bank clerk, I completed a degree in business administration with a focus on tourism and event management, which I completed with a Bachelor of Arts, in parallel to my work at regional banks and saving banks. Further training is a constant companion in my professional and private life.
